What is WinPcap?

WinPcap is an open-source API that is used for capturing network traffic. It is required by WhatPulse to enable counting of download and upload statistics. WinPcap is included with the WhatPulse installer, but if you need to download it again, you can get the latest version from here.

Without WinPcap installed, all the features of the WhatPulse client will work perfectly fine, except for network measurements.
